These procedures and systems are continually developed to provide franchisees with up-to-date and relevant support in a range of areas.
Business Systems
The Business Systems department will work with Franchisee's on business PV systems between 30kW - 100kW and Solar Thermal Systems for both residential and business that fall under their specific territory.
Technical
The Technical department will assist Franchisee's with any technical queries and warranty information regarding our systems.
Human Resources & Training
The Human Resources department will provide guidance on best practice employment and team management standards.
Marketing
The Marketing department will work with Franchisee's on developing and implementing local and national marketing initiatives and campaigns to
maximise sales.
Information, Technology and Communication (ITC)
The ITC department will assist Franchisee's with any technical queries regarding our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Finance
Manage all customer accounts processes on behalf of Franchisee's.
Operations
Will assist with the stock and scheduling requirements as well as utility meter change overs where required.
There are also opportunities to network with other Franchisees and benchmark results, this provides an invaluable support system across the company and allows Franchisees to network at various conferences and events held throughout the year.
