With the year of 2018 almost over, the whole team at ZEN Energy would like to wish you and your loved ones a safe and happy festive season. It’s been another big and successful year for us here at ZEN, and we’re looking forward to an even bigger 2019 helping even more homes and businesses save money, live sustainably, and be less reliant on the grid.
As our team takes a well-deserved break to celebrate the year with family and friends over this period, there will be some times where our office is closed or at lower staffing levels. For the benefit of you, our important customers and followers, we would like to make sure you know when our sales and customer support teams will be available for you.
Our Sales Consultants will be available until midday on Friday the 21st of December, and will then return to action from 9am on Wednesday the 2nd of January 2019.
Our Customer Support will be available until midday on Friday the 21st of December, and will then return to action at 9am on Monday the 7th of January 2019.
Notwithstanding, our phones will continue to be answered by a call centre during the festive period, where you can leave your details and a description of your enquiry at any time. If the matter is urgent, a ZEN Energy team member will contact you as soon as possible, however please be aware that response times during the festive period may be longer than usual.
In the spirit of giving this festive period, we were proud to be part of an initiative by SAGE, which saw many of the businesses and groups around our home at the Tonsley Innovation District contribute to Foodbank’s annual Christmas food collection for those in need. Many items of food were collected from Tonsley by the Foodbank team, in readiness for delivering to those in need in time for Christmas.
