ZEN installed 72.75KW of solar to the roof of the building incorporating advanced system capabilities including tri-generation plant with natural gas generator and high efficiency, magnetic bearing ‘frictionless’ type chiller and upgrading the building management system with intelligent, efficient control strategies.
