Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Prepare relevant and timely management reports
  • Oversee the annual reporting/audit process
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly forecast
  • Prepare year end statutory accounts
  • Provide Strategic accounting advice to the business
  • Business partner with the business to achieve monthly budgeted results
  • Consolidate monthly financial reports for the Group

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience over the customer supply chain, from contract signing, product management pricing, availibility and contract renewal,
  • Product maintenance. Manage product catalogue, item description, models, compliance, pricing, availability;
  • Communicate changes with stakeholders;
  • Utilise weekly & monthly reports to keep Vendors aligned with installation pipeline;
  • Report to internal stakeholders on any challenges, immediate or forthcoming, that will affect installation ability or capacity.
  • Manage pending PO pipeline, raise PO’s, manage sales orders, review sales order for material correctness, recommend switch out products for best delivery, advise order amendment as directed by other stake holders, due to industry standards or changes incurred since time of sale;
  • Manage the material delivery of large and complex commercial installs;
  • Review logistic models, including local, national and overseas;
  • Inventory management;
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate these with the Head of Delivery & Supply Chain.
  • Review of existing suppliers, stock capacity, price competitiveness and ethical trading behaviors;
  • Regularly review and audit existing supply chain for compliance against contract;
  • Engage and review new suppliers and OEMs;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to enable improved efficiencies and services;
  • Generate tenders for the provision of services for ZEN Energy.
  • Support the coordination of installation resources and services to meet the needs of ZEN customers;
  • Support the completion, upload and submission of customer related documentation, distributor approvals/meter applications and mandatory installation paperwork processing;
  • Support the scheduling of activities and  generation of field bookings including associated information packs to ZEN contractors.

  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing collateral and customer-facing content for the purpose of lead generation for ZEN’s small market segment.

  • Work with our external suppliers to coordinate the filming of customer case studies and any other content required under the ZEN’s content marketing strategy.
